When you order: your email address, billing details taken by our payment provider, and the contents of your order. Digital downloads need no delivery address.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address only. You can unsubscribe from any email.

When you use the contact form: your name, email, subject and message, kept only to answer you.

If you accept advertising cookies, TikTok and Meta may receive anonymised information about the pages you view and the purchases you make, so we can see which ads work. Nothing is set until you agree; see the Cookies page.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment and billing details. Order records and download links are stored on our own hosting, and order confirmations are sent by our email provider.

Everything we sell today is a digital download, so no delivery partner receives your data. Nobody else receives it, and we never sell it.

Order records are retained as long as accounting law requires. Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion through the contact form or by writing to hello@vintage-vibes.shop. We respond within 30 days.
