The seller is Vintage Vibes, a trading name of a private limited company registered in the Netherlands (KvK 88639088 · RSIN 864716175). Throughout these terms, "Vintage Vibes", "we" and "us" mean that seller.

These terms govern the sale of original artwork and wallpapers as digital downloads through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item cannot be supplied, we cancel that item and refund it in full.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Digital downloads carry no shipping cost. The total displayed at checkout is the amount payable.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

A digital art download is a single high-resolution file of one artwork for you to print yourself, at €12, with a short printing note. A wallpaper pack is files only, at €9: each pack is delivered as one ZIP archive containing four designs cropped for phone, desktop and tablet. Nothing is posted. Paper prints are not currently offered for sale; where an artwork page shows a paper option, it is for registering interest only and no contract for a paper print is formed.

Digital files are delivered by a personal download link sent to the email address given at checkout. The link is valid for 7 days and may be used more than once during that period. If it expires or fails, contact us and we will issue a new one.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display the files for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or use them commercially, and you may not use them to train machine-learning systems.

To the extent that copyright or other intellectual property rights subsist in the artwork, designs, branding and website content, those rights are held by Vintage Vibes or their respective rights holders. Some images are produced with the help of generative tools, and we make no claim that every image is protected by copyright. Whatever the position, the licence terms above still govern how you may use the files.

For digital downloads, you expressly consent to immediate performance at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available, as permitted by EU consumer law. Faulty or unusable files are always replaced or refunded.

Should paper prints be offered in future, you will have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from that contract under EU consumer law, and the applicable terms will be published before any such sale.

Every item sold here is new original artwork. "Vintage Vibes" describes a visual style, not the age of an item, and nothing we sell is offered as an antique, a period original, or an authentic vintage poster.

Framed and interior photography is representative of how an artwork could look on a wall, not of a product currently sold. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.

Digital files are available immediately after payment by a download link sent to your email address. No physical goods are shipped.

We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not accept liability for print results obtained when you print a digital file yourself or through a third-party printer.

Send complaints to hello@vintage-vibes.shop. We aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may bring the matter before the competent court under section 11 below.

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the version that applies to that order.
